Registration
In order to utilize the FACIT scales, individual items on this website, or any other measures which are distributed by FACIT.org, a user must first complete the registration form on either the www.facit.org, or www.wizard.facit.org website. In most instances someone from the FACIT.org will contact you further and provide you a license, the measure (or item) and invoice (if applicable). There are instances in which users can directly download the measure (or item) directly without a response from FACIT.org being required.

In order to utilize any of the C-Path COA’s, a user must first complete the registration form on the www.c-pathcoas.org website. Someone from the FACIT.org will contact you further and provide you a license, the measure and invoice (if applicable).

During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. This registration ensures that we have a comprehensive listing of which measures or items and in which languages are being used, in what capacity (ie. clinical trial, clinical research, etc) and that the intellectual property of all is protected.
